Compensation is dependent upon the specific course and any other expenses as previously agreed upon between TalkTools® and the Instructor via email. TalkTools® will electronically disburse any reimbursement and/or compensation payments within 30 days after the training event.
Instructor agrees that any course content copyrighted, published and distributed by TalkTools® remain the sole property of TalkTools®. Any course content developed by the Instructor will remain the sole property of the Instructor. Instructor agrees that TalkTools® will be the publisher, distributor and marketer for this event and any event-related course content.
Permission to cite or reference course content is authorized at the discretion of the course author and TalkTools®. Unauthorized retention, duplication, publication, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and is subject to the Copyright Laws of the United States (see published TalkTools® Copyright and Distribution Policy
