Welcome to our Conference Speaker Dashboard!

Below you will find our conference portals, which include important information and actions for Speakers to review and complete!

  1. If you have HAVE NOT submitted your proposed session description, you will need to submit via our Call for Speakers form
  2. Scheduling Calendars
    1. Schedule Your Meet & Greet (Zoom) with the TalkTools Training Team — this is where we’ll review conference basics, your topic, compensation, logistics and other conference basics
    2. (optional) Schedule Your Presentation Recording with TalkTools — this is an option for speaker who would like TalkTools to facilitate your pre-conference presentation recording. NOTE: ALL SPEAKERS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE DATES
    3. Book Your Conference Session: be sure to select the correct calendar — either for the main sessions (May 18-20) or the add-on (May 25)
  3. Guest Speaker Agreement — this will be the last thing you submit — AFTER our Meet & Greets and after you have scheduled your course session

If you haven't submitted your session description, submit via our Call for Speakers form. The Conference Planning Committee will review your proposed topic and follow up with you on acceptance status by March 20, 2023
