Below you will find our conference portals, which include important information and actions for Speakers to review and complete!
- If you have HAVE NOT submitted your proposed session description, you will need to submit via our Call for Speakers form
- Scheduling Calendars
- Schedule Your Meet & Greet (Zoom) with the TalkTools Training Team — this is where we’ll review conference basics, your topic, compensation, logistics and other conference basics
- (optional) Schedule Your Presentation Recording with TalkTools — this is an option for speaker who would like TalkTools to facilitate your pre-conference presentation recording. NOTE: ALL SPEAKERS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION AT LEAST 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE DATES
- Book Your Conference Session: be sure to select the correct calendar — either for the main sessions (May 18-20) or the add-on (May 25)
- Guest Speaker Agreement — this will be the last thing you submit — AFTER our Meet & Greets and after you have scheduled your course session
