Log on to TalkTools Learner Portal
Access your Learner Profile either by the “Access Your Courses” portal or the Learner Profile button on the homepage
Check the event page on the TalkTools Training Calendar to confirm date, time and location of the workshop
Check the timed agenda link on the course page for the course schedule
Practicum kits (supplies for hands-on/technique portion of the course) will be provided at the workshop, as well as pens/pads
Presentation pdfs are listed under Course Handouts and available for download and printing on the course page in your Learner Profile (we no longer provide hardcopy handouts)
Light refreshments will be provided
Lunch is on your own
The Exit (CEU) Survey is available AFTER the workshop on the course page in your Learner Profile on the Training Site

3. Submit Exit (CEU) Survey
4. Access your Certificate of Completion: after you submit CEU Survey, your course progress will be at 100% and your downloadable certificate of completion will be available. Click on the “Download Certificate” button to access certificate
30 DAYS AFTER THE COURSE DATE for Virtual or In-Person Workshops and Webinars (courses held on a specific date): course must be 100% complete (see completion steps outlined above. After this date, the Exit (CEU) Survey and Certificate of Complete WILL NOT be accessible.
365 DAYS AFTER COURSE PURCHASE/ENROLLMENT DATE for Self-Study/On-Demand courses: course must be 100% complete (see completion steps outlined above. After this date, the Exit (CEU) Survey and Certificate of Complete WILL NOT be accessible.
Virtual Streaming Courses (i.e., Virtual Workshops and Webinars) are recorded. Recorded presentations will be available for 2 DAYS after the posted live date.
All learners must review and agree to the following:
STAY ON TOP OF YOUR COURSES: Review courses listed in your Learner Profile to verify course progress/completion. On-Demand/Self-Study: Learners have 365 days after course purchase and enrollment date to complete courses. Virtual/Streaming/In-Person Workshops and Webinars (courses scheduled on a specific date): Learners have 30 days after workshop/webinar date to complete their courses. TalkTools cannot extend course access beyond these deadlines. Each course lists the expiry date.
TALKTOOLS COURSE COMPLETION AND CEU POLICY: Learners are required to read and understand TalkTools Course Completion and CEU Policy. This policy is compliant with ASHA Continuing Education Provider requirements. If TalkTools Learners do not adhere to this policy and the schedule outlined in the policy, TalkTools will not be held responsible for filing CEUs on behalf of the learner. (NOTE: TalkTools does not have access to the ASHA timeline for updating ASHA member registries. It is the responsibility of the Learner to directly contact ASHA).
CERTIFICATES: Download course Certificates of Completion AS SOON as course is completed. If there any changes needed on the certificate (i.e., your name), contact [email protected] within 7 days of completing the course. NOTE: TalkTools will only be able re-print certificates within 30 days of learner access deadlines, as outlined above. Your Learner Profile will have links to downloadable certificates for all COMPLETED courses.
FAQs: It is strongly encouraged that Learners read and understand all FAQs in order to: 1) test and apply tech requirements, follow steps to access and complete courses, and comply with TalkTools training policies. RECOMMENDATION: bookmark the FAQs page for quick access and referral — this is a much easier and more efficient way find answers vs. emailing the Continuing Education or Customer Care Team.
