STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR PRE-EVENT ESIMATED EXPENSES AND YOUR COSTS AND YOUR POST-EVENT ACTUAL EXPENSES

  1. REQUEST YOUR WORKSHOP
  2. YOUR REQUEST WILL REVIEWED BY THE CONTINUING EDUCATION & TRAINING TEAM
  3. YOU WILL INFORMED OF YOUR WORKSHOP STATUS WITHIN 3-5 DAYS
  4. IF YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED, BOOK YOUR WORKSHOP VIA THE INSTRUCTOR PORTAL BELOW (select the Instructor you requested in the workshop request form)
  5. AFTER SUBMITTING BOOKING FORM, WORKSHOP AGREEMENT WILL EMAILED TO YOU WITH THE DETAILS SUBMITTED IN THE BOOKING FORM
  6. REVIEW AND SIGN WORKSHOP AGREEMENT
  7. TALKTOOLS WILL REVIEW AND SIGN AGREEMENT
  8. WORKSHOP IS SCHEDULED

STEP 2 BOOK AND CONTRACT YOUR WORKSHOP

Once we approve your request, it is time to book and contract your event.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Workshop Partner is responsible for

  1. Instructor compensation
  2. Instructor travel costs — airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals
  3. Workshop participant/student materials:
    1. participant tool kits (practicum)  for each participants/student
    2. Additional course resources (ex., checklists, articles, posters)
    3. Certificates of Course Completion

  1. downloadable pdfs:
    1. presentation slides
    2. additional resource materials
    3. list of materials for tools kits
    4. downloadable Certificates of Course Completion

AVAILABLE AFTER YOUR WORKSHOP HAS BEEN BOOKED AND CONTRACT IS FINAL
