Brown, Carla

Carla is a native of South Carolina, she brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all of her patients. After obtaining her Masters degree at the University of South Carolina, Carla shared her skills and passion for her profession with the residents in southeastern NC. An entrepreneurial spirit and a void in her then-home community of Whiteville, NC led her to create a private practice in 1997, SLP Services, Inc., allowing her to serve pediatric through geriatric populations, and utilize her specialty training in the area of brain injury. When not striving to provide excellence to her patients, she enjoys spending time with her hubby and therapy dog, Grizz, practicing yoga, and walking on the beach.
