Molly is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 6 years of professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Speech and Hearing Sciences and with Distinction from the University of Iowa. Molly graduated from the University of Arizona with a Master of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences and holds certification through the national organization (ASHA).

Molly has been extensively trained and certified in Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson’s oral-motor therapy and feeding techniques, incorporating the muscle-based, sensory, and feeding techniques within her private practice in the Denver metro area and surrounding suburbs. Her primary focus has been working with children from ages birth to 5, but enjoys providing private services for elementary aged children as well as adults.

Prior to beginning her private practice 3 years ago, Molly contracted with various agencies, which included work in the following areas: a pediatric and adult rehabilitation clinic, elementary, middle, and high schools, adults with developmental disabilities assisted living programs, and the local home-based and transdisciplinary early intervention program (birth-3).

In addition to being certified in Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson’s Muscle-Based Oral-Motor Techniques, Molly is P.R.O.M.P.T. trained and has received in-depth training in “Positive Parenting Practices for Young Children with Autism” from the LEAP model/Outreach Project. She is also a Traveling Therapist for Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson & Associates, Inc. offering evaluations in needed areas. Molly also enjoys providing local consultations to various agencies as well as families to offer individualized parent training for implementation of home programs to address muscle-based oral-motor/feeding issues.

Special interests include: working with children with Down Syndrome, William Syndrome, and other more rare genetic syndromes, children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, those with motor planning difficulties (dyspraxia, apraxia), and those with cerebral palsy.
