Roynon, Rebecca Harrison

Rebecca is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist committed to providing the highest quality of personalized services for children and teenagers experiencing speech and language difficulties. She is a registered member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and Speech Language and Audiology Canada (SAC). Also a Hanen certified in It Takes Two to Talk and is PROMPT trained. She have also been trained in other therapy approaches including Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol (KSLP), Phone Touch and Say and Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson’s Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) Level 3. She believe that speech and language therapy is most effective in a non-pressured and friendly environment. She also believe that the carryover of communication skills is more successful when these skills are learned and practiced in everyday surroundings, with family members and teachers. She take pride in assisting children and their families to reach their communication goals and full potential.

Rebecca speech and language services include assessment, consultation and treatment for a wide variety of communication disorders. Services are provided within the convenience of home, daycares, and private schools. Her scope of clinical practice includes the following areas:
