Soe have been working as a special education teacher since 2010. Soe have 13 years and 3 months experience and have worked as a trainer/facilitator in the many programs undertaken by New Life Foundation (NLF). These include Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) program for training assistant teachers of special-needs children, and Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program together with the Department of Social Welfare; and the Child Development Center (CDC) at Yangon Children Hospital.
